When I first saw this, I thought it meant “recovery” like 12-step recovery, aka a clean and sober brunch. Um, no. The Delta Cafe down on Woodstock is doing a special brunch that day with Smoked Brisket Hash, Eggs Sardou and Fresh Beignets with lemon compote. Also a build-your-own bloody mary bar, champagne cocktails, and $1 red beers. So much for that clean and sober thing!
That’s 10 to 4 on Friday, January 1. I might have to run by to fill up before watching my beloved Ole Miss Rebels in the Cotton Bowl.

Brioche French Toast with Berry Compote
Served with organic maple syrup and whipped cream

Two poached eggs over artichoke hearts, creamed spinach. Served with hollandaise sauces and choice of grits or potatoes.
Baked Eggs
Two eggs baked with cream, coriander, roasted peppers, zucchini and onion. Choice of grits or potatoes.
Southern Scramble
Eggs with andouille sausage, crawfish, onions, peppers, garlic and celery. Served with grits and toast
Basket of Beignets
Served with lemon curd
White Cheddar Grits
With toasted pecans and organic maple syrup
