Today at 1 p.m. on PDX.FM, I will be interviewing David Machado, owner of Nel Centro, Lauro Kitchen and Vindalho. He also started Southpark, so he’s something of a celebrity around town, and I’m happy to have him on the show.
I’ll be asking him about his life in the restaurant business, how things have changed for him — and maybe for Nel Centro — now that he’s back in the kitchen there, and about their Sunday brunch, which I am here to tell you is pretty darn good.
