Cart News – Including More Waffles!

dieselboi has posted a news roundup over at foodcartsportland.com. Included is news that North Portland has a new waffle cart, and The Sugar Cube is re-opening at Mississippi Marketplace.
I also heard from the folks at Big Ass Sandwichest hat Flavourspot is opening a cart next to them. Imagine: those sandwiches, those waffles, and a Stumptown shop within 100 feet of each other!
